I’ve always loved the idea of colored eyeliner, but I’m a bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to non-neutrals. I thought going for a dark navy blue liner would be an interesting way to try something different, while still staying in my comfort zone. You can see the love affair unwind in this YouTube video. I was so shocked at how much I actually liked this look. The special thing about the navy liner is that it’s so dark it seems black, but when it catches the light it has some pretty mesmerizing qualities about it.

Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner ‘Midnight’
Stila makes great liquid liners (big fan of their black one as well), so when I was in Sephora I was so excited to see the range of colors they have! Blue, green pink, purple-they’re really cool! As I said, I still wanted to go with one that was wearable for me and Midnight was definitely the right choice. Completely smitten.
Anastasia Covet Waterproof Eyeliner ‘Azure’
I was so impressed at how well this liner lasted on my waterline. Normally I get a lot of transfer and it ends up making a huge mess, but this stayed put all day. A really great shade to go along with the Stila Liner and took the whole thing to the next level.
Urban Decay Naked Flushed Palette ‘Streak’
Urban Decay recently came out with some new shades of their popular blush palettes. I think Streak is my favorite because it includes a pale matte bronzer (its a great bronzer for fair skin tones), a coral blush and a peachy highlight color. It’s got everything you need for the perfect summer cheek.
Dior Lip Maximizer
Since I really wanted the focus to be on my liner, I went for something simple on the lips. This Dior gloss plumps the lips and makes them super shiny.
